La Semaine internationale du coaching vient de s’achever.
A cette occasion, j’ai eu la joie de proposer plusieurs
coachings découverte.
Quelle richesse, ces
rencontres !
Des femmes engagées, venues avec des enjeux très personnels, et l’envie sincère de prendre un temps pour elles :
un temps pour ralentir, poser, explorer, comprendre ce qui les anime ou les freine.
Dans la
confidentialité et la
douceur, des mots se sont posés.
Des
prises de conscience ont émergé.
Des
croyances parfois limitantes ont été questionnées.
Et, petit à petit, une
énergie nouvelle a circulé : douce, fluide, ancrée.
Et
moi, dans tout cela ?
J’étais
là.
Présente.
Disponible.
Ouverte.
Curieuse de l’autre, curieuse de ce qui cherche à se dire, de ce qui cherche à émerger, se révéler ☀️
Et c’est souvent là que tout commence.

Ce sont ces
instants de vérité qui donnent tout son

International Coaching Week has just come to an end.
To mark the occasion, I had the joy of offering several
discovery coaching sessions.
What an incredible richness in these
encounters!
Women deeply engaged, each with personal challenges and the genuine desire to take time for themselves,
to slow down, pause, explore, and better understand what drives them or holds them back.
In a space of
trust and
gentleness, words found their way.
Insights emerged.
Limiting
beliefs were gently questioned.
And little by little, a new kind of
energy began to flow, soft, fluid, grounded.
And
me, in all of this?
I was
simply there.
Present.
Available.
Open.
Curious about the other, curious about what is seeking to
be expressed, what is waiting
to emerge and
be revealed ☀️
And often, that’s exactly where everything begins.
The artwork I’m sharing here is a reflection of the
depth of our conversations.
🫶🏻 A heartfelt thank you to all those who placed their
trust in me.
It’s in these
moments of truth that I find the true
meaning of my work today 💕
