Michèle Dagher Fattal
After ten years of experience in teaching and educational supervision, five years working alongside a prominent antique dealer, and around fifteen years devoted to family life, I am now an independent personal and professional coach (PCC), certified mentor coach (CMC) and supervisor, as well as a Metaphors & Clean Language facilitator.
I support individuals, professionals and groups through tailored coaching, mentoring and supervision.
I am a member of ICF Global, ICF France and ICF Lebanon, I adhere to the ICF code of ethics, engage in ongoing self and professional development, and receive regular supervision for my practice.
The love of art and beauty, nurtured by my family environment, runs alongside my rich and varied journey. Shaped by experiences of war, exile, personal and professional transitions, this journey has transformed my perception of life. It has taught me the fragility of people and things, as well as the significance of the present moment. These experiences fuels my creativity, my curiosity and my freedom.
Each experience is an open door to learning, growth and renewal.
As a Lebanese-French individual, I am familiar with multicultural environments, I have accompanied diverse audiences in various contexts.
I am often described as a “multi-faceted companion” and a "atypical professional" , labels embrace with pleasure.
My approach is holistic, intuitive and organic. Art, creativity and beauty are the common threads, that open spaces for self-expression and transformation paths towards deeper self-knowledge and awareness.
Today, driven by a constant quest for balance, peace and harmony, I create resourceful spaces for reflection where everyone can pause, explore their situation in depth, grow at their own pace, find their own answers, strengthen their identity and take their rightful place.
I work internationally, supporting individuals, professionals and groups. I am also deeply committed to accompanying coaches on their professional journey.
It is through alignement with oneself that one can truly connect with others and the world.
