Supervision of professional coaches

Coaching supervision "is the interaction that occurs when a coach periodically brings his or her coaching work experiences to a coaching supervisor in order to engage in a reflective dialogue and one collaborative learning for the development and benefit of the coach and his clients." (ICF Definition)

Supervision is aimed at coaches and groups of coaches who want to reflect on their professional practice.

The four main tasks of supervision in coaching

  • Ensure the professionalism, L'integrity and the ethical practice of the supervised person.
  • L'learning and the personal development and professional of the supervised person.
  • Ensure a space for reflection, support And resourcing for the supervised person.
  • Celebrate And honor the work of the supervised person.

My approach is based on the art and creativity which reinforce the height gain and the reflective process, highlighting all the elements involved in your situation, their relationship, their interconnection. The invisible becomes visible, the elements organize themselves, bringing a better understanding of yourself and your situation.

Group supervision

Ready to welcome you, available and open to the group, I am attentive to each of the participants as well as to the entire group and its dynamic. Responsible for the process, I guide you in your reflections and participates in it.

Each shared case is a source of resonance and oflearning for the other members of the group.

This process is very powerful:
