Imagine your best coaching gesture
Fair, precise, clear and fluid
What would happen then?
Mentoring professional coaches
ICF defines mentoring as “a supportive relationship aimed at obtaining and highlighting the levels of SKILLS coaching. The mentee is supported in relation to their coaching skills rather than their practice.”
Mentoring is particularly designed for coaches who:
- Are launching their coaching practice.
- Are preparing for their ICF certification (ACC or PCC).
- Wish to deepen and affirm their practice throughout their professional journey.
Technique, tactics and dance
Coaching, it is above all a dance :
- Technique : you refine your gesture, grasp the nuances of each competency, make the ethics of the profession your ally.
- Tactical : You sharpen your ability to ask the right question, offer the appropriate tool, and tailor your support to the reality of the moment.
- Dance : You embody your coaching with presence and fluidity, attuned to the rhythm and to
needs of your client .

My approach is an invitation to refine your perception of coaching, to explore the alignment of your posture and to reveal your unique signature.
It is a deep exploration of the coach's gesture, a subtle alchemy of technique, tactic and presence.
The mentoring I offer goes beyond a technical review of your skills. It is an immersion into your singular way of coaching, into what makes you strong, distinct and truly you.

A deep dive into your posture and unique coaching presence

Towards a more embodied and confident coaching practice
- You refine your professional gesture, adjusting, enriching and affirming your posture.
- You take a step back, identifying your strengths and areas for growth.
- You gain confidence, reinforcing your presence and ease as a coach.
- You access new resources, exploring fresh perspectives and developing new skills.
- You return to the essence of coaching, reconnecting with the meaning and joy of your practice.

Your testimonies
“It’s a chance to be accompanied by Michèle!
We had known each other through the ICF for two years. I had participated in a group Art and Coaching workshop that Michèle leads, as well as several peer groups.
Michèle supported me this year during several individual mentoring sessions. We worked based on the recording of one of my coaching sessions.
Our meetings were spaced about a month apart, which allowed me to integrate the developments.
Michèle helped me identify areas for improvement in my coaching skills. I was able to implement new, very concrete actions in my coaching sessions.
Michèle is very gentle and embodies all the skills of a coach. She guided me in a very flexible way to progress while encouraging me.
I highly recommend his support!”
